Cordyceps 7%
Cordyceps 7% is a supplement made from the Cordyceps mushroom, which has been used for centuries in Chinese medicine to improve energy levels and support healthy sexual function. Cordyceps 7% has been shown to have a variety of health benefits, including improving liver function, reducing inflammation, and boosting the immune system.
According to a study published in the Journal of Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine, Cordyceps has remarkable clinical health effects on hepatic, renal, cardiovascular, respiratory, nervous, sexual, immunological systems, besides having anti-cancer, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial activities.
Another study published in the International Journal of Medicinal Mushrooms found that Cordyceps can act as an adaptogen herb, fighting stress and fatigue while also naturally increasing energy levels.
The recommended dosage of Cordyceps 7% depends on the reason for use but most studies in humans have used 1,000–3,000 milligrams per day. It is important to note that Cordyceps is possibly safe for most people when taken in doses of 3-6 grams daily for up to 1 year but it might cause mild side effects such as diarrhea, constipation, and stomach discomfort. Additionally, Cordyceps are a blood thinner and immune system stimulant so it is important to be cautious if you’re taking immunosuppressants and blood thinners or coagulants.
