Brassaiposis Glomerulata
Brassaiposis Glomerulata, also known as Brassaiopsis glomerulata, is a large shrub or small tree found in Southeast Asia, particularly in Vietnam. It has been traditionally used to treat rheumatism, back pain, aid in digestion, and treat bone fractures. The leaves of Brassaiopsis glomerulata contain compounds that may inhibit the aromatase enzyme, which is responsible for converting testosterone into estrogen. This property has led to its use in bodybuilding supplements.
The benefits of Brassaiopsis glomerulata are mainly attributed to its aromatase inhibition property. Studies have shown that multiple components of Brassaiopsis glomerulata leaf extract are capable of inhibiting aromatase. This inhibition may potentially increase testosterone levels and decrease estrogen levels, which can be beneficial for muscle growth, energy, and fat loss.
However, there is currently a lack of applied evidence for Brassaiopsis glomerulata in living systems. Most of the research conducted on this plant has been in vitro, and more studies are needed to determine its effectiveness and safety in humans.
As for the recommended dosage, it depends on several factors such as the user’s age, health, and other conditions. Some supplements containing Brassaiopsis glomerulata suggest taking 2 capsules daily with food for 1 to 2 weeks, then increasing the dose to 4 capsules daily with food for 2 to 4 months, followed by lowering the dosage back down to 2 capsules daily with food as needed.
